Harbor Light Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  1 oz triple sec
  1/2 oz cognac
  1 tsp overproof white rum
  
  

Make kahlua, triple sec and cognac pousse-cafe style in a cordial glass. Ignite rum in a teaspoon and float on top. Extinguish, and serve.
