Cheef Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 pint Carling lager
    1 bottle Orange Reef vodka




Take a pint of freshly poured cold Carling and drink (neck) half of it in one. Pause for thought. Then with out stopping pour in the entire bottle of Reef and drink the remainder at your leisure.


The Reef should be poured in one; any spillages should be noted and acted upon appropriately. The key to the whole cocktail is knowing when there is enough room in the pint glass to pour in the entire bottle of reef, refilling it to the brim without any spillage.

Grand Gold Margarita Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz Jose Cuervo margarita mix
  • 6 oz Jose Cuervo 1800 tequila
  • 3 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
  • 3 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1 bottle Corona Extra lager
  • ice cubes

Preparation Directions:

Pour the the margarita mix, tequila, cointreau, grand marnier, and beer into a blender.

For frozen margaritas, fill the blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is crushed. (For margaritas on the rocks, use less ice and blend until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.) The beer will create a frothy texture for the margarita.

Dip the rim of the margarita glass in lime juice and then salt the rim with margarita salt.

Faith, Hope, And Garrity Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Irish whiskey
  • 4 oz V8 vegetable juice
  • 1 tsp smoky barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 1/2 oz beer

Preparation Directions:

Pour the irish whiskey, v8 juice, barbecue sauce and lemon juice into a highball glass, and stir. Fill with beer,and serve.

Glam Trash Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 parts chilled Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
  • 1 part Bud Light lager
  • 1 splash grenadine syrup

Preparation Directions:

Fill 3/4 of a shot glass with chilled goldschlager then add 1/4 glass of bud light. Splash grenadine on top for color. Allow the beer to suspend the gold flakes in the glass. Serve immediately.

Melon Roy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz melon liqueur
  • 12 oz bottle lager

Preparation Directions:

Add Midori melon liqueur to a regular bottle or can of premium lager poured into a pint glass. Stir, and serve.

Kryptonite Shot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz beer
  • 6 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz lime vodka

Preparation Directions:

Pour the orange juice and beer into a pint glass. Seperately add the lime vodka to a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass and drink.

Wisconsin Lunchbucket Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 glass beer
  • 1/4 glass orange juice
  • 1 shot amaretto almond liqueur

Preparation Directions:

Combine the beer and orange juice in a large beer mug. Drop in a shot of amaretto, with shot glass, and slam.

Tiajuana Carbomb Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 shot gold rum
  • 1 bottle Corona Extra lager

Preparation Directions:

Pour bottle of corona in a pint glass. Wait for it to settle, then drop in shot of cuervo, and chug it down. Enjoy.

Chumbawumba Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pint Strongbow cider
  • 1/2 pint Stella Artois lager
  • 1 shot Smirnoff vodka
  • 1 shot Scotch whisky

Preparation Directions:

Pour a basic snake bite of half cider and lager in a pint glass. Then add to the top a shot of whiskey and vodka. Stir and then drink!

The Canadian Gulp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1 pint beer
  • 2 oz Coca-Cola

Preparation Directions:

Pour the amaretto into the jar. Follow it up by pouring a chilled beer (Canadian if possible). Then top it off with the Coke.

Ciderific Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz dry cider
  • 1 oz gold rum
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation Directions:

Heat in a small saucepan and strain into a heat-proof glass when hot. Add half a slice of lemon, and serve.


Mug Shot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 10 oz root beer

Preparation Directions:

Stir ingredients together in a highball glass, and serve.

Beer Breezer Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 12 oz Carlsberg Special Brew lager
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pinch celery salt

Preparation Directions:

Add freezer chilled vodka to frosted glass, add tabasco and celery salt, top up with very cold very strong lager.

Canadian Cider Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz Yukon Jack Canadian whisky
    1/2 oz Canadian whisky
    3 oz hot spiced cider




Pour all ingredients into a Irish coffee mug, and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and serve.

Duck Fuck Recipe

  • 4 parts Tanqueray gin
    1 part Stolichnaya vodka
    fill with beer

Juicy Guiness Premier Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 shot Taboo
  • 1 shot Absolut vodka
  • 1/2 pint Guinness stout
  • fill with Carling Premier lager

Preparation Directions:

Mix in the shots of blue curacao, taboo and vodka. Add the guinness to the spirits up to 3cm below the rim of the pint glass. Allow the guinness to settle before adding the carling premier. Allow to settle again before consuming.

Dead Dog Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 part Crown Royal Canadian whisky
  • 1 part Miller Red Dog lager
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation Directions:

Add in the order given and enjoy!


Campari Beer Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle lager
  • 1 1/2 cl Campari bitters

Preparation Directions:

Use a 15 oz glass. Add Campari first. Fill with beer.

Spiced Lemon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 oz Skyy spiced vodka
  • 6 oz Countrytime yellow lemonade

Preparation Directions:

Pour the Country Time lemonade into a highball glass. Add the spiced vodka, stir and serve.

Stout Sangaree Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz ruby port
  • 12 oz stout
  • 2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation Directions:

Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.
