Montezuma Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• 1 oz madeira
• 1 egg yolk
  

Directions:

Blend ingredients briefly, with half a cup of crushed ice, in a blender at low speed. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
