Salt-and-pepper Highball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rimmed, ice-filled highball glass.
