Whisky Melba Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cl Upper Ten Scotch whisky
  • 12 cl dry ginger ale
  • 3 - 4 drops Angostura bitters
  • 1 piece ginger

Preparation Directions:

Muddle a small piece of fresh ginger in the glass. Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale. Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.
