Ingredients

• 2/3 oz Champagne
  1/3 oz gin
  1 tsp sugar
  2 dashes cherry heering
  
  

Pour the champagne, gin, sugar and cherry heering into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
