Absinthe Suissesse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Deva absinthe
  • 2 - 3 drops anisette
  • 2 - 3 drops orange flower water
  • 1 tsp white creme de menthe
  • 1 egg white
Directions:

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Tropical Waters Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz melon liqueur
  • 3 oz Sprite soda
  • ice cubes
Directions:

Pour the Melon liqueur and the Blue curacao into a highball glass. Then add Sprite, and finally the ice cubes.

Orange Martini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 dash orange bitters
Directions:

Pour the vodka, triple sec and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist, and serve.

Celebration Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 parts gold rum
  • 1 part brandy
  • 1 part triple sec
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • 5 drops orange bitters
Directions:

In a cocktail shaker add ingredients and fill with ice. Shake with gusto for half a minute, and pour/strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel, or lime peel if you use fresh lime juice.

Cabronasaurus Recipe

Ingredients
  • 26 chocolate covered espresso beans
  • 5 oz ice cream
  • 3 oz milk
  • 4 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on the highest setting for 55 seconds, and serve into coffee mugs.

Fjellfinn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 part Lapponia Lakka cloudberry liqueur
  • 2 parts vodka
Directions:

Mix the two ingredients. Garnish with a birch leaf.
