Frangelico Float Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 cup ice cream
    1 1/4 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
    1 oz creme de cacao
    1/4 cup milk
    1 oz chocolate syrup




Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in a highball glass and garnish with whipped cream.

Pendennis Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
    2 oz bourbon whiskey




Dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water, in an old-fashioned glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir well. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Cafe Imperial Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
    5 oz hot black coffee
    1 1/2 oz whipped cream
    1 tsp sugar




Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, and serve.

Grand Mimosa Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
    1 splash orange juice
    Champagne




Pour grand marnier into a champagne flute. Fill almost to the top with champagne and top off with fresh orange juice.

Trinity Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3/4 oz dry vermouth
    3/4 oz sweet vermouth
    3/4 oz gin




Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

La Panthere Rose Recipe

Ingredients



  • 3 oz Champagne
    1 1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
    1/2 oz Dry Orange Curacao liqueur
    1 oz orange juice




Shake and strain into a wine goblet three-quarters filled with broken ice. Add champagne, garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
