- 7 ripe strawberries
5 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
Combine the strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice in a blender, and blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins glass, garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge, and serve.
Champagne Passion Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz passion-fruit puree
simple syrup
Champagne
1/2 oz Alize liqueur
Pour passion fruit puree into a champagne saucer and stir in the simple syrup (to taste). Slowly add the champagne whilst stirring gently. Float the alize on top, and serve.
Bronsky Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo 1800 tequila
3 oz sweet and sour mix
Pour ingredients over ice in a large brandy snifter, and serve.
Frosty Dawn Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz white rum
1 oz maraschino liqueur
1 oz Falerno del Massico white wine
4 oz orange juice
Mix all ingredients together in a highball glass, and serve.
