Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 mint sprig
Preparation Directions:
Blend all ingredients (except mint sprig) with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a cocktail glass, add the sprig of mint, and serve.
