Hot Scotch Nightcap Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 4 oz boiling milk
Directions:

Pour into a heat-proof cup, and serve.

Granny Tequila Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 6 oz apple juice
Directions:

Pour the tequila and apple juice into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir briefly, and serve.

Peekaboo Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 shots Absolut Kurant vodka
  • 1 glass orange juice
Directions:

Pour absolut kurant into a cocktail glass, and fill with orange juice.

Geraldine Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
  • 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
  • 1 tsp dry vermouth
  • 1 dash bitters
Directions:

Pour whisky, Chartreuse, Dubonnet, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Snowball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz advocaat liqueur
  • 8 - 10 oz cold lemonade
  • 1 slice lemon
  • ice cubes
Directions:

Place one ice cube in the glass and add 1 1/2 oz of Advocaat. Fill up the glass with lemonade and decorate with a slice of lemon. Serve at once.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi O rum
  • 1 splash cranberry juice
  • 1 splash lemon-lime soda
Directions:

Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Strain into a 2-oz shot glass and serve.
