Ingredients



  • 1 oz gold rum
    1/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 cup espresso
    1 oz light whipped cream




Warm liquors in a heat-proof cup, stir in sugar, and add espresso. Stir again, top with cream, and serve.

Catalina Margarita Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
    1 oz peach schnapps
    1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    4 oz sweet and sour mix




Shake with cracked ice and strain into chilled cocktail or margarita glass.

Tropical Breeze Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz raspberry schnapps
    1 oz watermelon schnapps
    1/2 oz Mountain Dew citrus soda




Pour raspberry and watermelon schnapps into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with mountain dew, and serve.

    10 cl Coca-Cola




Best served cold in a highball glass, but without ice.

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
    1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
    1/2 oz white creme de cacao




In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Titanic Uplift Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Midori melon liqueur
    1 oz Plymouth gin
    4 oz orange juice




Shake and strain into a collins glass three-quarters filled with broken ice. Garnish with three melon balls, add a straw, and serve.
