Coco Rush Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 part orange juice
  • 1 part cranberry juice
  • 2 parts Malibu coconut rum

Add OJ, Cranberry juice, and Malibu into a mixing glass and pour into the highball glass.

Thumb Press Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz 151 proof rum
  • 2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • grenadine syrup

Preparation Directions:

Add the vodka, 151, and Midori forming a nice green shooter. Then tilt in some grenadine to give it some red flare at the bottom -- burn it down!

Fuquay Friday Night Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 shots Absolut Kurant vodka
  • 2 shots Sprite soda
  • 2 tbsp grenadine syrup
  • 1 shot cherry cola

Preparation Directions:

Add absolut kurant and sprite to a cocktail glass. Mix in the grenadine syrup, and add the cherry cola. Serve. Add a dash of lime for a slightly different taste.

Gin Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Preparation Directions:

Stir gin and bitters with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

China Village Mai Tai Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Bacardi dark rum
  • 1 oz Bacardi light rum
  • 1 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz Tropicana orange juice
  • 1 oz canned pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz grenadine syrup
  • ice cubes

Preparation Directions:

In a metal shaker add a fair amount of ice cubes. Add dark rum and light rum, then grenadine, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Finally add triple sec and shake vigorously.

Pour in a thick tall ribbed glass. Top with a cherry or a dash of triple sec.

Mexican Virgin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 3 oz cherry cider

Preparation Directions:

Pour into a mixing glass and stir. Serve in an 8 oz. glass over ice.
