Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
2 tsp Galliano herbal liqueur
4 oz hot chocolate
2 oz whipped heavy cream
1/4 tsp grated, bittersweet chocolate
Pour the rum, bourbon whiskey, galliano and hot chocolate into an irish coffee cup or glass. Spoon the cream carefully so that it floats on top of the drink. Garnish with grated chocolate shavings, and serve.
