Ingredients
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1/2 oz cognac
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp sugar
Pour champagne, cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute. Add one sugar cube, saturated in angostura bitters, and a twist of orange. Serve with a muddler.
