Ingredients

• 2 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  1/2 oz heavy cream
  
  

Pour the Kahlua coffee liqueur into a pousse cafe glass. Carefully float the cream on top by pouring over the back of a teaspoon, and serve.
