5-ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 fifth triple sec
  • 3 packages Kool-Aid Orange mix
  • sugar
Preparation:

Prepare kool-aid as normal, except add double the amount of sugar. When done, add one fifth of the volume of triple sec, and serve chilled.

Insomniac Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz espresso
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
  • 2 oz milk
  • 2 oz cream
Preparation:

Blend all ingredients with 2 scoops of ice. Pour into a poco grande glass. Sprinkle some optional nutmeg or cinnamon on top.

Danish Gin Fizz Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz cherry heering
  • 1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz soda water
Preparation:

Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.

Nolan Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • orange juice
Directions:

Blend ingredients briefly in a highball glass.

Delilah Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • juice of 1/2 lemons
    Directions:

    Add gin, cointreau and lemon juice to an ice-filled shaker. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

    Grand Master Recipe

    Ingredients
    • 2 oz Scotch whisky
    • 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
    • 3 oz club soda
    • 1 twist lemon peel
    Directions:

    Pour the scotch, schnapps, and soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
