Ingredients
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 6 oz warm milk

Preparation Directions:

Pour the rum into an Irish coffee mug and fill with warm milk. Sweeten to taste. Stir, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.

Black Rose #2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/5 oz Bacardi 151 rum
  • 1/5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/5 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur

Preparation Directions:

Pour the Bacardi 151 into a shot glass. Add the Chartreuse and softly pour the Frangelico liqueur on top for a cloudy efffect before serving.

Mind Eraser #2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 shot Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 shot vodka
  • 1 shot Sprite soda

Preparation Directions:

Place three to four ice cubes in a small, narrow glass. Carefully layer the kahlua, vodka and finally the sprite. (Sprite should be about half of the shot, or to taste.) Serve unstirred with a wide straw.


Mary Pickford Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Preparation Directions:

Combine the rum, pineapple juice, maraschino liqueur, and grenadine in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Indian Apple Martini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz green apple vodka
  • 1 1/4 oz Kazkar Feni cashew apple liqueur
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix

Preparation Directions:

Shake the above ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a martini cocktail glass with a sour apple sugar rim. Garnish with an apple slice, and serve.
