Cafe De Paris Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1/2 oz anisette
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1 oz cream
  

Directions:

Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
