Ingredients
- 2 oz apricot brandy
- 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation Directions:
Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
