Mayan Sacrafice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka

Preparation Directions:

Pour Kahlua into a small rocks or old-fashioned glass. Add Bacardi 151 and tequila, and top with vodka. Ignite the top on fire, and allow to burn for a few seconds. Extinguish, quickly take the straw to the bottom of the glass and consume.

Fireball #2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 part sambuca
  • 1 part tequila
  • 5 - 10 drops Tabasco sauce

Preparation Directions:

Pour tequila into a shot glass. Add the sambuca and a few drops of tabasco sauce (or 2 - 3 coffee beans). Pour some sambuca all over the glass and ignite. Let it burn for approx. 10 to 20 seconds. Sip through a straw, or extinguish to drink.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 oz DeKuyper Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps
  • 1/2 oz peach schnapps

Preparation Directions:

Chill and pour into a shot glass. Serve.

A Joy Of Almond Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1/2 oz creme de almond

Preparation Directions:

Pour the kahlua into a chilled rocks glass. Carefully layer the amaretto and creme de almond on top.

All Night Long Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz sweet and sour mix

Preparation Directions:

Mix all together in hurricane glass. Shake well. Garnish-orange flag.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Bacardi 151 rum
  • 2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  • 8 oz chilled pineapple juice

Preparation Directions:

Pour the rums over some crushed ice in a tall collins glass. Fill with pineapple juice, and serve.
