Senegali Sunshine Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 orange
    2 cups orange juice
    6 oz white rum
    2 oz Curacao orange liqueur
    4 oz light cream
    1 cup crushed ice




Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge. Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely.


Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with orange slices and fresh strawberries.
