Indian Tea Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 oz gold rum
    3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
    5 oz hot black tea
    1 tsp sugar




Gently simmer tea and peel in a small saucepan for 1 - 2 minutes. Add liquors and pour, with peel, into a cup. Serve.

Ingredients



  • 1 slice ginger
    1 lemon
    1 cup hot water




Take a one-inch slice of ginger and juice one-quarter of a lemon, and add both to hot water. Add cardamom if desired.


Antoine Special Recipe

Ingredients



  • 1 1/2 oz Dubonnet French vermouth
    1 1/2 oz dry vermouth




Float vermouth on top of chilled Dubonnet in a red wine glass and serve.

Pink Forest Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Marie Brizard Creme de Fraise des Bois
    1 oz gin
    1/3 oz triple sec
    1 oz double cream




Shake and strain into a champagne saucer.

Crazy Ninja Recipe

Ingredients



  • 2 oz Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
    6 oz Sierra Mist soda




Pour the Jim Beam Bourbon whiskey into a highball glass. Add the Sierra Mist and a couple of ice cubes, and serve.

Shellshock Recipe

Ingredients



  • 6 oz beer
    6 oz clamato juice
    1 pinch salt
    1 dash lemon juice
    1 pinch peppers
    1 oz Tabasco sauce




Pour clamato juice over salt, pepper and lemon. Then add beer slowly as it will fizz up.
